January 18-February 8: Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction for Healthcare Providers/Part 1: Much research in the past decades suggests that Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) offers an opportunity to increase awareness in the workplace, reduce stress and promote job satisfaction and enhance performance. 7-9pm $150.00 ($125 for BHSF employees) Fee includes four weekly two hour classes, an optional day-long retreat, audio CD and workbook materials.
